How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and take about
1 to 2 business days after we receive your order to ship. We use Priority Mail
which normally takes 3-5 business days for delivery, however, it can take up
to 7 days to make it from the islands to the mainland. International orders
can take from 7-15 business days. Please note that certain countries may charge
a customs fee. This is the responsibility of the customer.
What are your shipping charges?
We have found that Priority Mail through the US Postal Service is the most efficient
and cost effective way to send merchandise to our customers on the mainland
from Maui.
Domestic Shipping Rates:
$0.00 - $45.99 = $8.00
$46.00 - $70.99 = $10.00
$71.00 - $98.99 = $12.00
$99.00+ and interisland = FREE SHIPPING (Domestic Orders Only)
International Shipping: Order online and we will email you shipping charge. Example: 1 pair boardshorts to Sweden = $12
What is Maui Ripper’s return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. You can return or exchange anything
you purchase within 30 days as long as it has not been washed and still has
the tags on it. All items are subject to inspection before we issue a refund
or exchange. To return something, mail it to:

Please either return the merchandise with a copy of the packing slip or a note
explaining what you would like for us to do (i.e. exchange for different size,
credit account, etc). You are responsible for return shipping. Please send merchandise
prepaid via USPS or UPS and if valuable, it\\\'s best to insure it. On exchanges,
we will pay the ground shipping charges to get the item back to you. If you
need it faster, there will be a shipping upcharge. If we ever make a mistake
in your order, we will refund any costs you may incur in returning the merchandise
to Maui Rippers. Once we recieve a return, it usually takes us 1-2 days to process
your order and either credit your account or ship your exchange. You will receive
an email notification when
your return is processed. Your credit card company may require up to an additional
5-7 days to post the credit to your account.
How can I place an order for a team or event?
Maui Rippers supplies all Maui and Hawaii lifeguards with our high quality,
rippin’ boardshorts and is will do our best to get you what you need.
Your team or event may qualify for a special discount depending on the quantity
and/or product ordered. Please email us or call 808-573-0402 anytime from 9 to 5, M-F. Remember we are in Hawaii which
is three hours behind PST.
What credit cards and other methods of payment do you accept for
orders?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept
money orders and personal checks. Please allow an additional 10 days delivery
time to allow for check processing.
