Maui Rippers has a new way to try on our boardshorts to find your perfect size. Checkout+ is an affordable returns and exchanges program that allows our customers to get multiple sizes and return or exchange for the size (and color) that fits you best.
We get it—sometimes the fit isn’t right, the color looks different in person, or you just change your mind. That’s why we’ve designed a customer-friendly return and exchange policy that puts your needs first.
This program is risk-free so you can try on multiple shorts and return or exchange for the size and style that works for you. Customers in the U.S. who select Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit, provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase.

RETURNS
- Merchandise can only be returned if purchased directly from www.mauirippers.com
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Merchandise must be in original unused condition, free of hair & odor with hangtags attached. All boxer briefs are final sale.
- Items listed as final sale are not eligible for refund.
- Shipping charges incurred during checkout are non-refundable.
- We cannot generate return labels for APO/DFO/DPO or international orders.

- Drop your package off at any official postal service pickup location.
- Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Your financial institution may require extra processing time before the funds are posted to your original payment source.
If you did not select Checkout+, then your return will go through the same Return Portal, and $5 will be deducted from your refund. If you received an incorrect or defective item, you will not be charged for return shipping.
EXCHANGES
To make an exchange, please visit our Returns Portal and enter your order details. You will be directed to our website where you can select the eligible item(s) you'd like to exchange for, then follow the prompts to generate your shipping label to ship back your return(s).
Please note that you can make an exchange for any new item on our website, but each item can only be exchanged once. You will receive an email notification once your exchange has shipped. Exchanges are exclusive to residents within the United States.
