Our standard shipping method using USPS First Class is 2-4 days within the USA. Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam receive domestic US rates. While we do not offer free shipping internationally, we are happy to ship any of our products to anywhere in the world.
For large international orders, the delivery time is an estimation and the shipping calculation may be different than the quote provided. In this case we will reach out to you with an accurate quote; please feel free to contact us ahead of time before you put in your order.
We gladly accept returns if sent back within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have hangtag attached. Boxer briefs can only be returned if unopened, in original packaging, unworn and in the same condition as delivered. We will not accept or refund boxer briefs that have been opened or products that have been worn or washed.
If the items are not in original condition with the tags attached, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. If we determine that the product(s) is damaged or worn, we will return the original product(s) once the customer has paid for the shipping both to and from Maui Rippers in a timely manner.
Please include your sales receipt in your package to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. We offer free shipping to our customers, but the customer is responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund your original payment source, minus the cost of return shipping.
Step 1: Log in to your account, locate the order under the “Your Orders” page and click the Return Item(s) button. Once your request is received, will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
Step 2: Ship your item to back us within 30 days of delivery along with your sales receipt to ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible. If you’d like to make an exchange, please request a return using these directions and then reorder your desired item.
Step 3: We'll notify you via e-mail of your return once we've received and processed the returned item.
**USPS First Class labels provided can be used with most packaging. Do Not send them in USPS “Priority”, “Priority Flat Rate”, “Priority Express” mail envelopes or boxes. If the wrong package is used, USPS will return your package for insufficient postage.**
Please note: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc), you will not be responsible for return shipping cost.
If refunding, you should expect to receive your refund within a week. On rare occasions it might take up to two weeks after giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
